Utility Bar

Ingredient Spotlight:

• Saponified Coconut Oil
• • Powerful surfactant to release tough stains and oils
• Orange Essential Oil
• • Natural source of limonene, a strong cleaning solvent

Suggested Uses:

• Carpet or Upholstery Stains
• 1. Dampen the stained surface with clean water.
  2. Rub the Utility Bar gently on the stain until a lather forms.
  3. Use a soft brush to work the soap into the fibers.
  4. Press a clean dry towel onto the surface to absorb the liquid.
  5. If any soap residue remains, add more clean water and blot with a towel again.
• Laundry
• • For hand washing:
  • 1. Fill your wash basin with clean water.
    2. Infuse the Utility Bar into the water by rubbing it between your hands or against a washboard until the water becomes cloudy.
    3. Wash as usual, then rinse with water.
  • For use in a washing machine:
  • 1. Grate an appropriate amount of the Utility Bar directly into the drum, before adding laundry.
    2. Run your usual wash cycle.
  • To pre-treat stains:
  • 1. Wet the affected area with clean water.
    2. Rub the Utility Bar directly on the stain until a lather forms. If the stain has fully penetrated the fabric, apply the soap to both sides.
    3. Wash the garment immediately, either by hand or with a regular load of laundry.
• Dishes
• 1. Make sure any dishes you are cleaning are aluminum-free, as aluminum reacts with citrus.
  2. Rub a damp dish brush or cloth directly on the Utility Bar until it lathers.
  3. Wash your dishes as usual, reapplying soap to the brush/cloth as needed.
  4. Rinse the dishes thoroughly with water.
